House Extension

We employed Nick and his team to extend our house and to partly renovate our existing property. Nick has a straight forward, cost sensitive approach, which was immediately a winner. And being content for us to live in the house during the build has been fantastic - whilst I'm sure a complete pain at times for him! This has however saved us ££££ in rent/alternative accommodation. New extension to rear of house

The project required multiple trades and skills and they needed to work together to keep the build on budget and on time. The team did a great job of keeping everything in kilter and we are very pleased with the outcome. I recommend them for their courtesy, and willingness to be flexible when "surprises" arose during the project. I would use them again. The price remained fixed and the quality of work overall was terrific.

Queens Hotel and Spa Bournemouth

Nick and his team conducted a soft refurbishment of the Queens Hotel and Spa in Bournemouth, starting in January 2020. Nick efficiently managed the conversion of this 109-key non-branded hotel into a 4-star Mercure hotel from the Accor portfolio. Despite the project beginning a month before Covid restrictions, Nick skilfully led his workforce, designated as key workers, ensuring continuous operation as the hotel accommodated Ambulance and Police staff. The hotel was successfully handed back to the client on time and within budget, undergoing a seamless rebranding by the Accor team in July 2020, overcoming the challenges and restrictions posed by Covid.
